Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 3% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.
For scheduled appointments, we require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
For ongoing service contracts, either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.
By engaging our services, you grant us and our authorized team members reasonable access to your property to perform the agreed-upon work. You are responsible for ensuring clear access to work areas and securing any pets that may be on the property during our visit.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, twinkling expedition shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website or services.
We carry full public liability insurance, and any claims related to property damage or personal injury caused by our negligence will be handled through our insurance coverage according to its terms and limits.
Garden care services are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to adverse weather conditions that would prevent safe or effective work. No cancellation fees apply to weather-related rescheduling.
We are not liable for plant loss, disease, or damage caused by factors beyond our control including but not limited to extreme weather, pests, disease, or environmental conditions.
We guarantee our workmanship and will rectify any issues arising from improper execution of our services. However, we do not guarantee outcomes that depend on factors beyond our control, such as plant survival, growth rates, or weather-related impacts.
Any guarantees specific to your service will be outlined in your individual service agreement.
If you submit any content to our website (such as reviews, comments, or photos), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for our business purposes.
